FPL BR - EFB 2.4.4

The Brazilian Air Force Command and DECEA have introduced the FPL BR - EFB application, designed to facilitate access to aeronautical publications at any time, including in offline scenarios. This tool also offers georeferenced information and assists with flight planning.

The primary features of the application include:

• Access to pre-flight information: details on aerodromes as per ROTAER (with infotemp), NOTAMs, METAR/TAF, and sunrise/sunset information.
• Consultation of aeronautical charts - covering aerodromes/TMA, WACs, and optional route charts; other types of visual charts are also available for consultation.
• Monitoring of publication validity based on the AIRAC cycle.
• Access to AIP Brazil documents, AIP MAP, and AIP Supplements (including annexes).
• A georeferenced map providing relevant information.
• Capabilities for flight planning tasks.
• Navigational assistance tools.
• Meteorological charts SIGWX and SIGMET messages.
• Integration with FPLBR - Flight Plan to create a flight plan based on prior planning.
• Options for sharing and annotating aeronautical charts.
• The ability to create mathematical formulas.
